This acquisition is to establish a requirements contract to purchase commercial 60 and 80 foot aerial lifts modified to meet Explosion Proof (EX) Articulating Boom Lift specifications. This action will be a total small business set-aside requirement for a contractor to provide all materials, equipment, labor and shipping costs necessary to deliver 60 foot and 80 foot aerial lifts to Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The proposed requirements contract will consist of a basic ordering period and three ordering periods thereafter with a best estimated quantity of 25 boom lifts throughout the duration of all ordering periods. Boom lift delivery shall begin no later than 22 weeks after effective date of each delivery order. The Explosion Proof (EX) Articulating Boom Lift supply requirement shall meet the specifications identified in the Purchase Description document to be released with the solicitation. The Government intends to release the solicitation on or around 2 May 2022.
