This requirement is a total small business set aside and is considered a commercial brand name or equal supply and will be procured using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. As such, all applicable FAR clauses will be included on the contract document for your review prior to final agreement. Please provide a quote for the items Contractor to provide brand name or equal - CLIN 0001 TST HD Delta Blast Suit Kits (part 58960), 20/30, L-XL Trousers, Waistcoat, Hand -- four (4) each CLIN 0002 TST HD Delta Kit (part 58961), 20/30, 2XL-3XL Trousers, Waistcoat Hand, or equal -- four (4) each. Salient Characteristics: 1. Minimum Blast Rating – Single Jet - 30,000 PSI, Rotary Jet – 43.500 PSI 2. Range of Motion - The suit shall allow full range of motion, with no restrictions from a standing position to lifting arms 180 degrees above their head from the front and 150 degrees from the sides. 3. Must be manufactured in sections or with bend points at the joints, so as to prevent contact stress and binding in areas of joint movement for the wearer. 4. Maximum weight in pounds: Full Suit Dry: 12 lbs, Wet: 15 lbs DESCRIPTION: The Contractor must be a Small Business. The Contractor shall provide the blast suits, with warranties, to the 402 Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) 558th Squadron, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. DELIVERABLE: The Contractor shall ship the products according to the manufacturer’s commercial packaging recommendations and provide delivery no later than four (4) weeks after receipt of order. Delivery shall be Freight On Board (FOB) destination. The Contractor shall coordinate the date and exact location for delivery in advance with the Government point of contact (POC) listed in paragraph 1.4 of the Purchase Description dated 19 December 2021. Price(s): Unit price shall include cost of warranty, and delivery FOB Destination (Robins AFB, GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery information, please include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Evaluation: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price - The lowest priced offer shall be evaluated for conformance to the salient characteristics requirements of the solicitation and Purchase Description. If the offer conforms to the requirements, it shall be selected for award. If the offer does not conform to the requirements, the next lowest priced offer shall be evaluated in the same manner. This selection process shall continue until an offer that conforms to the requirements is selected for award. Please respond to this RFQ no later than 11:00 AM EST, 24 Jan 2022.
