The Government requests a Firm Fixed Price quote for N9917B 18 GHz FieldFox Microwave Analyzer (Qty 1), N9030B PXA Signal Analyzer (Qty 1), N9030B PXA Signal Analyzer (Qty 1), N9030BU Upgrades for PXA Signal Analyzer(Qty 1), manufactured by Keysight Technologies, Inc. to the 579 SWES, 402 Software Engineering Group at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Contractor shall provide all materials, parts, tools, labor, equipment, and shipping required to provide these units. (See attached purchase description dated 21 January 2021 for details of the requirement). Price(s) shall include cost of Item Unique Identification (IUID) labels and shall be FOB Destination (Robins AFB, GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Also include a copy of FAR 52.204-24 completely filled out and signed (See Attachment #4) as well as a copy of the pricing sheet (See Attachment #5). Period of performance / Delivery: 10 weeks after contract award for new signal analyzers, 10 weeks after receipt of GFE for upgrade. Evaluation: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price – The lowest priced offer shall be evaluated for conformance to the requirements of the solicitation and purchase description. If the offer conforms to the requirements, it shall be selected for award. If the offer does not conform to the requirements, the next lowest priced offer shall be evaluated in the same manner. This selection process shall continue until an offer that conforms to the requirements is selected for award.
