THIS IS A COMPETITIVE ACQUISITION AFTER THE EXCLUSION OF SOURCES; WILL BE LIMITED TO CARLETON TECHNOLOGIES AND ECI DEFENSE GROUP. The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, tools, equipment and shipping required to provide one (1) Phantom Portable Test Stand System, part number: B47463-1, with all required specifications and accessories to the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG), Bldg. 140, at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Phantom Portable Test Stand System shall have the following specifications: - Ability to perform verification testing of Twin-50 Jump Bottle Systems with Carleton Technologies P/N B48230-1 and PHANTOM Jump Bottle Systems with Carleton Technologies P/N B47310-1 - Storage Temperature Range: -40°F to 120°F, non-condensing - Operating Temperature Range: 60°F to 90°F - Electrical Requirements: 120 VAC, 60 Hz, single-phase - Pneumatic Requirements: Gaseous compressed air IAW CGA G-7.1-2004, Grade E, or gaseous Nitrogen conforming to A-A-59503, Type I, Class 1, Grade A or B - 500 to 2200 psig The Phantom Portable Test Stand System shall include the following accessories: - Six(6) Part #B49995-3 Quick Disconnect (QD) Adapter Kit (Female AN5 to Male QD adapters) - Twenty four (24) Part#1000-0004-95 O-Rings (Included in Part # B49995-3, Quick Disconnect (QD) Adapter Kit - One (1) Part# B49346-1 Exhalation Valve Adapter (For Exhalation Valve testing) - One (1) Part# B48114-1 Anti-Suffocation Valve Adapter (For Anti-Suffocation valve) - One (1) Part# B49994-1 Microphone Testing Cable (Adapter Cable, Communication for testing microphone on mask) - One (1) Part# B48601-1 Ring Wrench Assembly (Used to removed regulator from mask) - One (1) Part# B49778-1 Testing Plug (For Altitude Chamber port) - One (1) Part# B49639-1 Electrical 6 foot power cord - One (1) Part# B49348-2 Clamp, Exhalation Valve Tester (Phantom Masks B43700-6 through B43700-9 ONLY) - One (1) B52105-1 Cap (For Leakage testing) - One (1) B49995-5 Quick Disconnect (QD) Adapter Kit (Female AN6 to Male high flow QD adapter The Contractor shall provide a 30 day notice on the delivery date of the equipment and accessories. Equipment and accessories shall be delivered no later than 398 days/FOB Destination after contract award.
