The request is to construct a 39,000 ft2 gravel parking lot on the east and south ends. The contractor shall provide all materials and equipment and are expected to be on site prior no later than 7 days after receipt of order. The period of performance for this project is 30 days. Please review the attached combo synopsis/solicitation, revised SOW dated 14 Dec, and additional drawings. The due date for quotes has been extended to 23 Dec 2020 NLT 12 PM EST.
