This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F3QCCM0163A002. This solicitation will be solicited under Other than full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Contractor shall provide to the 581 SWES, 402 Software Engineering Group, Robins Air Force Base, GA four (4) Pitot Static Testers and four (4) Pressure/Vacuum Supply Units needed for the Versatile Diagnostic Test Station (VDATS) manufactured by Druck, LLC. No installation is required.
