THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT. This Purchase Description (PD) sets forth the requirements for the procurement of an automated cold roll machine by the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG), Robins AFB, GA. The purchase price shall include a turnkey cold roll machine, all listed accessories, delivery, installation, manufacturer’s warranty, and operator familiarization training. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and labor necessary to manufacture, test, certify, deliver, and install the cold roll machine at Robins AFB. The machine shall be capable of automatically cold rolling a 54H60 aluminum propeller blade (manufactured by Hamilton Sunstrand/Collins Aerospace) in accordance with the specifications listed herein. All work shall be completed in accordance with this PD and the terms of the contract. Please see solicitation package package for further details.
