The Contractor shall provide to the 402d MXSG, Robins Air Force Base, all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, travel, and supervision for cleaning of building 301, Bay G. Contractor shall remove and discard trash and old office material. This will include the removal and discard of all unmarked material within the center area of the storage location, which includes, but is not limited to, a 3000 sq ft area of old desks, chairs, pallets of cubes, and shelving. The contractor will also remove and discard five (5) empty cabinets outside the storage area. The contractor will sweep and ensure all debris and materials are picked up and discarded off site in the contractor provided container. The contractor will contact the Government POC to schedule the work to be completed within five (5) days after contract award. The time frame to complete the work will be two (2) days, 8 hours each, to be completed on a Saturday and Sunday, hours will 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, which include a thirty-minute lunch.
