The Contractor shall provide all travel, personnel, labor, tools, materials, parts, and equipment as required to perform on-site annual system maintenance and emergency repairs on the Stratasys F370 3D Printer. The service will also include installation of available software maintenance releases. This will result in a basic contract with four option years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service to solicit directly to the authorized resellers for Stratasys, Inc. The requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures under NAICS 811310 size standard $12.5M . As such, all applicable FAR clauses will be included on the contract document for your review prior to final agreement.
