Monday, 17 April 2023 Update: In reference to Section 1.3.1.3 of the PWS, Crane operator certification must be on a national level. The due date for quotes has been extended to Monday, 24 April 2023 at 02:00 pm Eastern. _________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #: FA857123Q0066 is being issued as a request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most recent version of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC). This effort is a 100% small business set-aside utilizing NAICS code 811310 with a size standard of $11,000,000. Base Year + Four (4) Option Years PoP for Base Year: 15 May 2023 - 14 May 2024 NLT: 15 May 2023 CLINS: 0001, Non-personal services for Mobile Crane/Bullard Hook Annual Inspections and Certifications - Mobile Crane Inspection and Load testing Session {The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, parts, and transportation to perform “Mobile Crane/Bullard Hook Annual Inspections and Certifications” which shall include but not limited to the following requirements: four (4) Mobile Cranes (inspection, load testing/one session per year), Operator training—minimum of twelve (12) personnel over 4 sessions annually/3 trainees per session (separately priced). Also, twelve (12) Bullard Hooks (inspection, load testing) over 3 sessions annually/4 hooks per session (separately priced). In addition, the Contractor shall provide the necessary documentation, certificate(s), certification card(s), and labeling (i.e., stickers/tags).
