The purpose of this requirement is for the Contractor to provide support to identify requirements, taks, data, deliveables, and infrastructure required for the 402nd Software Engineering Group (SWEG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), georgia to establish software sustainment capabilty for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) XCOM System Technical Refresh (TR) 2 Operational Flight Program (OFP). The Government will establish and lead a gap analysis team with the Contractor, who shall provide the necessary data and support.
