This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F3QCCL2019A001. THIS SOLICITATION IS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. This is a firm fixed price, competitive requirement to obtain commercial audit and registration services for ISO9001- AS9110 certification of the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC). The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to accomplish this purpose in accordance with the Performance Work Statement date 6 Apr 2022 (attached). WR-ALC is currently certified to ISO9001/AS9100 Rev D and ISO/AS9110 Rev C. This solicitation is for ISO9001-AS9110 registration for approximately 7000-8000 personnel engaged in the following mission: “management of depot level maintenance production and manufacturing facilities and laboratories in the restoration of Air Force equipment and aircraft to serviceable condition to meet warfighter readiness requirements.” Due to the scope, complexity of organization, and its geography each audit will require an increase of 25-50% audit days prescribed by AS9104 Table 2 (Audit Duration Requirements). Contractor shall accomplish all activities needed to meet all requirements to maintain certification within the certification guidelines over a three year period. In addition to price, quote should include your proof of registrar certification, cage code, EUI number, and taxpayer ID number. Offerors must have a United States office listed in the Online Aerospace Supplier Information System (OASIS) portal of the Aerospace Quality Management System.
