This is a sole source requirement for the contractor to provide all supervision, labor, travel, tools, parts, materials, and equipment to audit, label and digitize both the Master Copy Media Asset Library and Working Copy Media Asset Library media assets for the 402nd Aircraft Maintenance Group at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement dated 12 Jan 2022. This effort will be accomplished over a period of performance of no more than 12 weeks and will utilize the same Contractor and media management format as currently used by the three Air Logistics Centers (ALCs). The Contractor shall perform the following tasks for approximately 63,000 pieces of media: Inventory the Master Copy Media Asset Library and Working Copy Media Asset Library Remove all excess, duplicate, cancelled, failed and slow media, and destroy on-site Utilize the Air Force ACPIN system to remove all but the latest three (3) revisions of media Convert approximately 2,000 pieces of Microfiche containing source code to .pdf format Digitize and archive missing media to RAID Consolidate all assets by media type Verify that all Master CPINS are uploaded to the DataScribe system
