The contractor shall provide labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and all travel necessary to provide the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems Maintenance for new replacement parts which includes associated removal/disposal, UPS programming (including proprietary software), warranties, preventive maintenance, and oncall emergency repairs for UPS systems located Building 229—North (Rooms 110, 117 and 2024) and Central (Room 133 and Labs 3 and 5) to support 402d Software Engineering Group (SWEG) at Robins AFB, GA. This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a new purchase order. Please see the attached files for additional information. Update Friday, 10 May 2024: RFQ: 74533 - UPS SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE will be undergoing requirements discussions internally. It has been brought to our attention that there are certain circumstances in regard to some of our products in need of service that may force this effort’s requirements to change. It is being requested that all quotes be submitted in accordance with the RFQ. If any vendor feels that they cannot quote on a specific line item, please provide rationale within the quote document. If the requirements do change, there will likely be an update to the Period of Performance (PoP). We may also seek alternative award solutions in order to maintain the PoP. Updates will be provided on Monday, 13 May 2024 once discussions have concluded. Update Monday, 13 May 2024: At this time, the award date of Wednesday, 15 May 2024 is still being sought. Coverage of annual preventative maintenance and annual emergency on-call service for UPS #1 APC MGE Galaxy PW 225 kVA will change: FROM: Base Year plus 4 Option Years TO: Base Year plus 6 months of coverage within Option Year 1 (15 May 2024 – 14 May 2025, 15 May 2025 – 15 November 2025) D RFQ CLINs: 2001, 3001, and 4001 are now obsolete. In regard to questions about any proprietary rights with contractor software please see paragraph 2.3.4.2 of the PWS. Update 2 Monday, 13 2024 A final extension of this combined synopsis/ solicitation is being issued. Quotes shall be due on Tuesday, 14 May 2024 by 12:00pm EST. Quotes will not be excepted this date and time.
