This is a non-personalservices only requirement. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, andlabor necessary for the demolishment of the Randolph Skeet range to include B1125 (2075-Sqft), B1126(618-Sqft), 2 steel pavilions, 3 wood framed trap houses, 1 concrete block trap house and attachedfacilities only. Perform initial and post work topographic surveys, and pre demolition photographicrecords provided by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. The contractor shall furnish all equipment,labor, layouts of work features, and supervision needed to completely demolish and remove all manmadestructures to include Buildings 1125 and 1126 including all above and below ground structures, concreteslabs, foundations, trap houses, and Skeet Range sign on nearby road. The contractor shall cap and plugall overhead and underground utilities (water, wastewater, electrical, etc.) to the nearest acceptable point.Remove and dispose of all demolition debris from the site. Contractor shall develop a grading plan forpost demolition grading, and submit for approval a grading plan for the post work site. Work shall includeseeding, and establishment of grass on effected areas. For more information please see attached Statement of Work.
