In accordance with FAR 5.203, this synopsis constitutes notification that the Government intends to issue a sole source contract to L3Harris Geospatial. The proposed contract action is for geoanalysis software in support of the European Partner Integration Enterprise (EPIE). The system uses proprietary JAGWIRE geoanalysis software for the user analysis portion of the above program. EPIE processe and tools must remain maximally interoperable with other systems to ensure proper interfacing.
