This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date. In the event the Government cancels solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a re-solicitation due to the tonnage requirement changing from 35 tons to 25 tons. Only one quote per company may be submitted. If more than one quote is submitted, quotes will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to review past performance of offerors.
