This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under FAR 13. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, Effective: 10 March 2021. Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Public Notice: 30 November 2020 Air, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 019-1001 effective 1 October 2019. Due to the overseas location of this requirement, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 336413. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J015. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 1,250 Employees. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using Best Value to the government. Product information (i.e. literature, manufactures websites, etc..., shall be submitted for all equivalent items. ? It is the responsibility of each contractor to ensure that their respective quote has been received by the Government POC’s identified above. ? If re-selling equipment from another vendor, vendor must provide validation that they are an authorized re-seller of that equipment.
