The government intends to procure the C-130J preTOLD™ software application under a sole source contract with Elite Electronic Engineering Inc., the only vendor capable and approved by the aircraft manufacturer. The license period is 12 September 2026 through 11 September 2027, with the ability to include four option years. This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
