This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirements listed within this solicitation are solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS 423910. Both performance and delivery are to be outside the United Stated and its outlying areas so no small business set-asides will be consider for the acquisition of the items listed within this solicitation. These solicitation documents, clauses and provisions incorporated by full text or by reference are those in effect through FAC 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017. Please provide a quote for the items listed below by 4:00 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST), Tuesday, 30 Apr 2019. All questions regarding this Request for Quote are due in writing by 12:00 PM CEST, Friday, 26 Apr 2019. Questions shall be submitted via email to Jacob.hawkins.3@us.af.mil. The Government has no obligation to answer any questions received after the due date and time. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN).
