All other terms and condition remain the same Additionally, added attachment 4, Questions and Answers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3N0560322AW01 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09/10-26-2020, Defense Acquisition Circular effective 01 October 2020, and Air Force Acquisition Circular AFAC 2019-1001 effective 1 October 2019. This is not a set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 541611. The 700 CONS/PKA Flight has a requirement to contract for Financial Management Analyst and Consulting Personnel (Non Personal Service) for the 86th Medical Group’s (86 MDG) at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, for the period 1 January – 28 February 2021. Offerors shall use Attachment 1, Pricing Schedule, which includes all contract line item numbers, quantities and units of issue, to fill in all unit prices and total amount blocks. Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement (PWS), contains the description of the requirement for Financial Management Analyst and Consulting Personnel for the 86th Medical Group’s (86 MDG). Places of performance and acceptance is at the 86th Medical Group’s (86 MDG) facilities at Ramstein Air Base.
