The 700th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a firm-fixed-price commercial RFQ for a fully integrated Audio Visual and Video Teleconferencing system for a large conference room at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, installation, wiring, configuration, programming, and end-user training, supporting both SIPR and NIPR operations without HVAC renovations. The acquisition includes a Brand Name Restriction for CISCO products and is subject to WTO GPA and Free Trade Agreements. The RFQ will be issued directly to pre-vetted local OCONUS contractors, but other vendors capable of meeting local German electrical standards and immediate warranty response requirements without mobilization delays may request a copy from the Contracting Officer.
