This project is to engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) one 12-strand single mode (SM) fiber optic cable (FOC) from Building (B) 2759 to B1030 at Vogelweh Annex, Germany. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to attach 252.229-7001 Alt 1 Tax Relief and Provisions documents as well as attach the Questions and Answers document.
