The US Air Force is seeking input from interested sources on the requirement for commercial cellular services and to identify potential sources. The requirement is for US Air Force units located in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Germany, in accordance with attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government’s intent is to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for this requirement. BPAs are defined as simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies and services by establishing “charge accounts” with qualified sources of supply. Interested sources are requested to review attached Draft PWS for Cellular Services, and provide comments, concerns and recommendations in accordance with attached Market Research Questionnaire. In addition, interested sources are requested to provide a capability statement which briefly describes previous and/or current work experience in or relating to the areas listed above. All information shall be submitted via email. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal and is not considered a commitment by the Government. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); the Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "quote" and "proposal" are used in this notice of contract action, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This notice may represent the Government’s only official notice of this procurement.
