The 700 CONS is looking for a contractor that can provide all non-personal services, management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform disposal of excavated bulk material. Broke down in excavated soil material classification Z2, excavated material classification Z1.1, excavated material classification Z1.2, excavated material Z2, concrete debris material classification Z2 (all material approx. 2,800 TN). If the actual excavated material exceeds the estimated m3 by more than 10%, the contractor may request an adjustment for actual m3 in accordance with DFARS clause 252.243-7002, Request for Equitable Adjustment. Excavated material must be taken from outside buildings 2528 and 3300 on Ramstein Air Base - material will be loaded on contractor's trucks by contractor personnel and contractor shall transport the material to an authorized disposal yard.
