This contract requires the provision of a complete, BACnet/IP-based building automation system (BAS) for HVAC systems across two construction phases: renewing an existing building and connecting a new building. The work includes delivering controllers, electric cabinets, sensors, actuators, and custom software, followed by commissioning and as-built documentation. System components must be BTL-certified, with a strong preference for Kieback & Peter DDC4000 or alternatively Siemens PXC4...PXC7 brands to maintain standardization. The contractor must ensure all work conforms to specific technical, commercial, and regulatory standards, including ASHRAE 135 and VDI 3814-1. The acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
