This is a Sources Sought Announcement; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. It is published for informational and planning purposes only and NOT as a request for competitive quotations, therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. In order to develop a sound acquisition strategy, early industry participation is highly encouraged; however participation in this effort is strictly voluntary. Responses to this Source Sought will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Business concerns responding to this sources sought should articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Please provide your company’s capability statement. Attached is the RADR Virtual Sand table SOW. IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST RESPOND TO THE SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SEPARATELY FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought and no contract will be directly awarded on the basis of this sources sought.
