The 435th Construction Training Squadron (CTS) has a requirement to build an observation tower on the military training ground near Baumholder in Germany. The 435th CTS will need the material to construct the observation tower. The requested material will need to be in accordance with the existing design, based on a prefabricated, hot-dip galvanized steel welding and screw construction as well as supply of the technical equipment.
