Technical Evaluation Criteria 1. Business Registration: The Prime Contractor shall have current and valid Business Registration issued by System Award Management web. 2. Experience: The offeror shall provide evidence of a minimum two (2) years clinical laboratory experience is required. 3. Certification: All reference laboratories shall be certified and/or accredited by the College of American Pathologists to analyze and report patient's results.
