This is a Pre-Soliciation Notice for non-personnel services contract to perform integrated solid waste management by picking up, collecting, segregating, transporting, removing, recycling, and disposing of all waste generated from Osan AB. Korea. The Government is committed to provide a safe, healthy, and timely removal of trash from the Base. The integrated solid waste management mission is to manage and supervise waste removal on/from the base, while maintaining base appearance requirements and complying with local laws and regulations regarding cleanliness, public health, and environment. A large volume of waste is generated on a daily basis throughout a year. The timely removal of the waste is critical to maintaining proper Life, Health and Safety Standards for the militaries, militaries’ families, employees, and visitors. This will allow units to maintain their operation’s morale and quality of life. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, parts, equipment, vehicle, transportation, and any other necessary resources to perform integrated solid waste management, i.e., picking up, collecting, segregating, transporting, removing, recycling, and disposing all waste.
