No solicitation is available. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below. If your organization has the potential/interest to provide the item(s) listed below, please provide the information requested. Scope: Regularly test U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) active duty and Tier 1 civilian personnel on Offutt AFB. Requirements: 1. Collect a high volume of specimens weekly (approximately 100) on or near Offutt Air Force Base. 2. Provide a high sensitivity COVID-19 PCR test. Contractor will provide staff and all materials to collect specimens which will be a nasopharyngeal swab for the COVID-19 PCR test. All supplies and transport of specimens will be provided by the contractor. 3. Perform testing 7 days a week (with prior coordination, and as needed, "on-demand." Testing to be performed at contractor location and at USSTRATCOM location on Offutt Air Force Base. Preffered collection time is from 0800AM to 1200PM local. 4. Provide results within 24-48 hours. 5. Accept payment via Wide Area Work Flow invoicing procedures and via Government Purchase Card. Period of Performance: 24 months Responses: Interested parties are requested to respond to this SOURCES SOUGHT with detailed information on providing COVID-19 testing for USSTRATCOM personnel. Submissions shall be entered in PDF format and shall include: Company Name and contact information Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Specific space needs Specific Methods of Testing to be conducted Expected time duration between administration of test to results provided to tested individual. Documentation of adherence to established testing requirements Maximum hourly and daily throughput of tested personnel Description on delivery method of test results to the individual and USSTRATCOM Reponses to this RFI should reference COVID-19 Testing (Offutt Air Force Base) and shall be submitted electronically to Mr. Luis Stump at luis.stump.1@us.af.mil ; Phone: (402) 232-6459 by close of business (1500 CST) 6 August 2021.
