This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3H4A19039AW01-Kiosk_Directory is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 (effective 20 December 2018). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 339950 and the small business size standard is 500 EMP. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - 55" high resolution flat panel LED touchscreen monitor (Wall Mounted) Included with wall mount. Program Overview: The work covered by this Statement of Work consists of all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and materials necessary in performing all work requiring installation and configuration of a wayfinding facility directory in the Ehrling Bergquist Clinic (Building 4000, 3996, and 4209). A total of six (6) facility directory units will be needed. Five (5) units will be wall mounted, and one (1) unit will be a kiosk. The kiosk directory unit will be located near the stairs by the coffee kiosk. Two wall units will be located on the ground floor (on the wall by Flight Med in front of the hall that goes down to the Lab and another near the elevator by Logistics). Three wall units will be located on the first floor (one on the wall near the Pharmacy and main entrance, another on a wall between the second main entrance and the GPM/Medical Management offices, and the third wall unit will be in the lobby area near Radiology). 1.1. Minimum Specifications: The requirements contained herein are the minimum required specifications and features to be accepted under the resulting contract. 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, special tools, expertise, supervision and services required to install the complete and fully operating wayfinding facility directory system. 2.1 Installation: Installation shall be performed under the direct supervision of at least (1) full time factory trained and authorized installation representative, who is an employee of the local authorized contractor. 2.2 Products: The following items (or equal) shall be provided: 1) Five (5) 55 inch screen, high resolution, wall mounted flat panel LED touchscreen monitors 2) One (1) 32 inch high resolution flat panel LED touchscreen monitor in horizontal orientation free standing kiosk that meets ADA requirements for wheelchair access. 3) The directory units shall have the ability to network with multiple directory units. 4) The software and directory content shall include custom design of "welcome" screen; set up and input of initial tenant data; alphabetical listing of departments/practitioners; easily editable scrolling welcome message/ announcements banner; and building amenity listings. 5) The system shall include the development and utilization of custom floor plan maps for 6 starting points, 4 orientations, 3 floors, and approximately 40 destinations. 6) The floor plan will be linked to the directory listings, so when a visitor touches a listing it will display the floor plan with an animated path from the directory to the visitor's destination. 7) The system should allow visitors to download the animated path to their phones. 8) Maps shall be customized by starting point (i.e directory location). 9) Each directory will be able to be updated from the central computer of the server system located on the third floor of building 4000. 10) The contractor shall purchase and install a server with a central computer as a new PC with the appropriate manufacturer's software required for the directory system. 11) The contractor shall install a single home run CAT-6 cabling data drop from each directory back to the room where the central computer is located. 2.3 Manufacturer's Standards: The contractor shall install all items to meet industry and Manufacturer's standards and instructions. 2.8 Final Acceptance Inspection: Upon completion of all of the work, there will be a final acceptance inspection. Prior to scheduling the Final Acceptance Inspection, the contractor shall write a Punch list that shows all work the contractor believes must still be performed, including any remaining items from the deficiency list. The Punch list shall also contain the contractor's expected date of completion for each item and a column for actual completion date. The contractor shall add any items found to be deficient during the Final Acceptance Inspection and forward the Final Punch List to the Medical Group and the contracting office. 3. Government-Furnished Property and Services: The Government shall provide the facilities and utilities necessary in performing the installation of the facility directory. 3.1 Property: Building 4000, 3996, and 4209 3.2 Utilities: The contractor shall ensure employees practice utility conservation. The contractor shall operate under conditions that prevent the waste of utilities. 4. General Requirements: 4.1 Hours of Operation: Working hours for the contractor will normally be between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Federal holidays and any ACC down days, if applicable. If the contractor wishes to work during periods other than above, additional Government inspection forces may be required. The contractor must request permission from the Contracting Officer to work during periods other than above sufficiently in advance to allow assignment of additional inspection forces when the Government Construction Representative determines the additional inspection force is reasonably available. If such force is reasonably available, the Contracting Officer may authorize the contractor to perform work during periods other than normal duty hours/days.
