The chiller is past its recommended timeframe for a mechanical overhaul. This is one of three chillers in use for the system, all of which are past recommended overhaul timeframes. The HVAC is critical maintaining health, safety, and comfort. The chiller is a 770 ton centrifugal Trane CenTraVac model CVHF770 (CVHF770FA1HO3UV2917W1B8T1A), S/N L99K04163M, utilizing R-123. It is 460 V/60 Hz/3 phIt. Troubleshooting and recent operation indicates standard wear. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, transportation, equipment, special tools, expertise, supervision, and services requested to fulfill the requirements of this contract. All task specifications of this Performance Work Statement will herein be referred to as “requirements”. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made unless by prior approval of the government Project Manager and the government Procuring Contract Officer (PCO). The work shall conform to the most current applicable NFPA, ASME, ASHRAE, EPA, IMC, IPC, and AFI, ETL, and Unified Facility Criteria Standards.
