This requirement is for the relocation of the Children play area from existing location to tennis court #2 with the following specifications. The existing children's play arena was installed in 2016. The play arena needs to be relocated to an alternate location within the Offutt Field House in order to expand the existing cardiovascular area to accommodate additional fitness equipment and to finally meet the demands of our patrons. The move will require tear-down, relocation, and set-up at the new play area. The provided items shall meet or exceed the following all requirements: 1. Relocate children's play area from its existing location located next to front cardio area to Tennis court # 2. This will involve removing all pieces of playground and flooring and relocating items to new area located on west side of facility at court 2. 2. Install relocated Child Playground described in Item 1 to Tennis Court #2 & assemble to original condition. 3. The contractor will not be required to return old play area to its original condition, but will be required to remove and dispose of all debris off site. All questions will be due Friday, March 29, 2019 by 4:00 pm Central. A site visit will take place Tuesday, 2 April 2019 at 9:30 AM.
