This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3H3A18304AW01-Parade_Grounds_Upgrades is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 (effective 20 December 2018). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 337127 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - Picnic Tables The contractor shall purchase, provide and deliver all equipment, hardware, tools required for replacing and installation of: -Victor Stanley C-9 picnic tables, Or Equal. QTY: 8 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0002- C-7 Benches The contractor shall purchase, provide and deliver all equipment, hardware, tools required for replacing and installation of: - C-7 Victor Stanley picnic table benches , Or Equal. QTY: 16 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0003 - Benches The contractor shall purchase, provide and deliver all equipment, hardware, tools required for replacing and installation of: - C-10 Victor Stanley Park benches , Or Equal. QTY: 6 Unit of Issue: Each CLIN 0004 - Labor Requirements The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, special tools, expertise, supervision and services required for replacing and installation of (8) Victor Stanley C-9 picnic tables, (16) C-7 picnic table benches and 6 park benches with Victor Stanley or match/equal style of the picnic tables and benches. Specific requirements for this project include but are not limited to: -Assemble the picnic tables -Purchase and assemble the 6 new benches, move usable (5) benches to designated locations on base, the 1 broken bench will be dispose of -Drill and anchor tables and benches into concrete pads -Clean off concrete pads of any dirt or debris -Remove wood edging and fill with dirt around the pads -Remove and dispose of any material that is no longer being used and edging -Remove and dispose the old picnic tables and its benches Please see attached Statement of Work and Statement of Need for further details.
