Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of cardio and selectorized strength equipment at the Offutt AFB Field House in Nebraska. The work will be performed on-site at the Offutt AFB Field House. The government will not supervise the service providers, as they will be accountable to the winning contractor. The contract will be solicited through an oral solicitation using simplified acquisition procedures. Interested and responsible sources must submit a capabilities statement via email to the specified contracting officers before 0700 CST on March 16, 2026, to request inclusion in the oral solicitation.
