This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is F3GHBA5031A002. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, dated 17 Jan 2025. 3. This RFQ is to be solicited as a Total Small Business Set. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 337215 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. 4. Lack of SAM registration shall be a determining factor for contract award. Prospective vendors should visit the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov.com to register.
