The contractor shall provide all aircraft, qualified aircrew, aircraft orientation, maintenance technicians, tools, academic materials, flight equipment, ground training, flight support, post-mission ... The contractor shall provide all aircraft, qualified aircrew, aircraft orientation, maintenance technicians, tools, academic materials, flight equipment, ground training, flight support, post-mission briefings, debrief support, management, and supervision necessary, as well as a full estimated cost of the exercise including fuel cost, in order to deliver a realistic rotary-wing threat presentation to ACC exercise RED FLAG-RESCUE (RF-R). This support will provide the necessary training to prepare participants for real-world Personnel Recovery (PR) operations. All contract performance will be conducted within a 100 nautical mile radius of Playas, NM during the time frame of 8-19 May, 7-18 Aug 2023 Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
