This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, set aside for small business concerns, to perform JP-8 fuel spill remediation and sampling. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the effort as defined in the Statement of Work. Performance will occur on Bureau of Land Management land approximately 2,000 feet west of the western fenceline of Creech Air Force Base, Nevada. The period of performance is 60 calendar days from receipt of the notice to proceed. An amendment to the solicitation added question answers and removed the CUI label, with all other terms unchanged.
