This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All work will be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), dated 16 June, 2025. Offers will be due no later than 23 July, 2025 at 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-07:00).
