The Contractor shall install and test (EFI&T) one new 24 Strand Single Mode (SM) OS2 Loose Dielectric Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) run and Two Fiber Patch Panels from Information Transfer Buildings (ITB), ... The Contractor shall install and test (EFI&T) one new 24 Strand Single Mode (SM) OS2 Loose Dielectric Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) run and Two Fiber Patch Panels from Information Transfer Buildings (ITB), B1052 to Fire Station B1150. The Contractor must provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements, IAW the SOO. All electronics equpiment, supplies and materials to be installed must be new and not refurbished. Please see attached RFQ, V3 and Statment Of Objectives (SOO), V4. A site visit will be held at Creech Air Force Base, NV at 10:00 AM, Pacific Time on Thursday, 19 Janurary 2023. Contractors will be met at the Creech Air Force Base Visitor Control Center at 9:30 AM. Contractors who are not present at 9:30 AM will not be allowed on base. All questions regarding the site-visit will need to be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, 26 January 2022 to SSgt Kaitlin Hassman and MSgt Daniel Rakowski. Please utilize attachment "COMBO - Fiber Optic Installation V3" to submit quotes. Quotes are due by 10:00 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday 15 February.
