Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to acquire a "K-Span Building in a Box" system, set aside for Total Small Business. The delivery timeline is 12 weeks after receipt of order (ARO) to Nellis AFB, Nevada. The evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quote for the entire requirement. Prospective vendors must be registered in the SAM database, and quotes must include specific minimum information such as product specifications and a proposed delivery schedule. Detailed specifications and requirements are contained in Attachment 1.
