This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is F3G3CE3268AW01. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01, effective 14 November 2023. 3. This requirement is solicited 100% Total Small-Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code 238220: Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, Small Business Size Standard is $19.0M. 4. To be considered for this requirement, offerors shall provide a completed Bid Schedule. Please see “Attachment 1 - Bid Schedule”, complete, and return electronically via email. Please ensure that all prices, extended prices, and total prices are checked and verified for accuracy. DO NOT go two (2) digits beyond the decimal point. 5. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain the evaporation cooling systems located at building 858 and 807 on Nellis AFB. Period of Performance: Base Year: 01 December 2023 – 30 November 2024 Option Year One: 01 December 2024 – 30 November 2025 Option Year Two: 01 December 2025 – 30 November 2026 Option Year Three: 01 December 2026 – 30 November 2027 Option Year Four: 01 December 2027 – 30 November 2028 6. Delivery/Ship to Location: Nellis AFB, NV Place of performance is Nellis AFB, Nevada, and inspection and acceptance is FOB destination.
