This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: F3G3CE0210AW01 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals. A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 Effective 8 August 2020 This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as an 8(a) set aside. NAICS: 561720 – Janitorial Services The due date for all questions expired on 13 August 2020 at 10:00AM PST. Questions should have been submitted electronically to Ms. Adriana Gamm at adriana.gamm@us.af.mil. All Proposals must be received by 26 August 2020 at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Instructions on submission of proposals can be found in the solicitation below (FAR 52.212-1). Description of the requirement: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Nellis AFB, NV in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. All services shall be done in accordance with the PWS dated 10 March 2020. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this acquisition is 1 December 2020 – 31 May 2021. Additionally, this requirement will have four (4) option years, dating 1 June 2021 – 31 May 2025.
