This opportunity is a total small business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide environmental containment, extraction, and replacement of active-carbon filtration media within industrial paint booth systems at Nellis AFB, NV. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment to install new filters and package spent VOC-laden filters for government disposal. The period of performance is 6 weeks. Award will be made on a best-value tradeoff basis considering the proposed period of performance start date and total evaluated price, with technical capability rated as “Acceptable” required.
