The 99th... SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) for a Wireless Internet Repair Services This is a RFI notice only. This RFI is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The 99th Contracting Squadron is seeking market information from qualified, experienced, and interested vendors who can perform the following services: Troubleshooting and repairing approximately thirty (30) Aruba IAP-275 Instant Outdoor Wireless Access Point (APEX0100), model JW179A Wireless Access Points and one (1) 24-port CISCO Catalyst 9300 switch. Vendor must provide an Aruba trained technician that is skilled in all aspects of networking systems. Vendor shall test the functionality of each Access Point for proper operation and verify connectivity to the internet, network domain, and the rest of the installation. Request interested firms respond to the following: Identify your firm’s information (name, address, phone number, CAGE code). Identify if your company is a large or small business. If applicable, identify what small business program(s) (i.e. SBA Certified 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HubZone, etc.) your company is certified as. Identify the appropriate amount of calendar days required to respond to an official solicitation. What is the timeframe needed from time of award to transition and begin new service. Any other comments, feedback or response on how to improve this requirement is highly encourage. Only electronic responses will be accepted. Earlier submission is highly encouraged. This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
