This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is F3G2EB2349A101. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective 16 March 2023. 3. This requirement is solicited 100% Small-Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code 238210. 4. Below is the contract line item number. CLIN 0001 – Power Supply Upgrade IAW SOW 7.7.22 5. Description of requirement for the item to be acquired. Delivery Date: 5 weeks ADR Delivery/Ship to Location: Nellis AFB, NV 6. Place of delivery is Nellis AFB, Nevada, and inspection and acceptance is FOB destination. 7.
