The requirement seeks contractor personnel, services, and management support for the Mission Planning Software Tool (MPST), including remote and periodic on-site support to the 30 RS. On-site personnel must have a current adjudicated background investigation and be eligible for access to Top Secret, SCI, SAP information, and associated ACCMs. Contractor staff must be proficient in relevant programming and familiar with the RQ-170 simulator AFSIM version, RQ-170 survivability/capabilities, Blue/Gray/Red threat systems, and Suppressor modeling/architecture; the Suppressor model may contain Foreign Government Information. Performance is primarily at the contractor facility with periodic on-site visits to Creech AFB, NV, and other classified locations determined by the government.
