STATEMENT OF WORK Requirement Statement: In CY 2021, the Creech AFB Human Performance Team (HPT) desires to train the Creech AFB population with the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Training curriculum. This training is statistically proven to enhance a person’s job performance by developing awareness in soft-skills that exist alongside of technical skills. It has been proven that when EQ skills are ignored or undervalued, relationships, at work and home, suffer. Due to the high stress nature of work conducted at Creech AFB, soft skill development through Emotional Intelligence training is vital to the success of the Creech AFB mission. Emotional Intelligence training and assessments must be conducted by certified trainers. Once certified, trainers may conduct EQ seminars throughout the base. Generally, certification training consists of two 8-hour training sessions (2-days of training), as well as a final validation presentation requirement (one 8 hour presentation). Creech AFB will train its eleven member Human Performance Team as Certified Trainers in Emotional Intelligence and begin conducting EQ seminars for validation immediately following. Training must meet the following requirements: Certification training of HPT conducted within 30 days of contract award Training will be conducted online Certification training will be no more than 2 days, 8 hours per day Training validation will consist one 8-hour certification presentation Upon completion of certification/validation training, base-wide seminars will begin immediately
