The Government is requesting a transportation for a maximum of 270 airmen from building 128 Tanker Trail Minot AFB, ND to Camp Ripley, MN and back, with daily transportation service at Camp Ripley. Requirements for this service include: - When departing Minot AFB, Airmen must be in place at 128 Tanker Trail, Minot, AFB and will depart for Camp Ripley at 6:00 AM on August 24, 2025. (Est. 431 miles) - Airmen must be in place at Camp Ripley, Minnesota not later than 2:00 PM on August 24, 2025, and will depart Camp Ripley, Minnesota at 6:30 AM on August 29, 2025. - The Contractor must include a schedule to accomplish the transportation to meet the scheduled arrival and departure times with the quote. - The trip must not have any overnight stays between Minot AFB and Camp Ripley, Minnesota. - The Government will require transportation services to conduct daily training while at Camp Ripley, Minnesota. - The Contractor must be able to support the transport of firearms to and from Camp Ripley, Minnesota.
